Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data in one of the following ways:

Option 1 – In the app:

1. Open OnlyCampus and go to Settings (or Profile).
2. Select Account (or similar).
3. Tap Delete account (or “Delete my data”) and confirm.

Option 2 – By email (support):

1. Send an email to support@onlycampus.ai.
2. Use the subject line “Account deletion” or “Data deletion request”.
3. Include the email address or phone number linked to your account so we can identify you.
4. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days. After that, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems (except where we must retain data by law).

Processing time: We will process deletion requests within 30 days. You may receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Scope: Deletion covers your account and the personal data we hold about you (e.g. profile, usage data, stored content). We do not retain this data longer than necessary unless we are required to do so by law.

Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. fraud prevention, accounting, legal defence). In such cases, we keep only what is necessary and for the minimum period required.

In Türkiye we comply with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). If you are in the EEA/UK, your rights are also covered by applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR).

Users may also revoke permissions or delete locally stored data by:

• Removing the service from their device
• Resetting permissions through device settings

Once deletion is complete, all associated personal information, usage data, and stored content are removed from our systems unless required by law to retain.
