By creating an account, using the app, or visiting our website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

OnlyCampus provides a student-first platform that brings courses, planning, schedules, events, and community into one place. The service helps you stay organized, connected, and on track with your studies. It is not a substitute for official university systems, academic advising, or institutional communication channels.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use OnlyCampus. If you are under 18, use should be with parental or guardian awareness. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use OnlyCampus only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or our systems.

You may not:

• Share your account or use another person’s account without permission
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others, or use the service for bullying or hate speech
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written consent
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the service except where we explicitly allow it

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these rules. We may also report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

Your privacy is important to us. How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our in-app settings. By using OnlyCampus, you consent to such processing in line with those policies.

If OnlyCampus offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases:

• Pricing: Prices and currency are shown at the point of purchase. We may change prices with notice; existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal unless otherwise stated.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel in your device’s subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the platform’s policy (Apple App Store or Google Play). Contact us for billing issues; we will assist in line with platform rules.
• Free trials: If we offer a free trial, you may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before that date. We will clearly state the trial length and renewal terms at sign-up.

If there are no paid features at the time you use the service, these terms will apply if we introduce them later.

OnlyCampus is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation. The service does not provide academic, legal, or official institutional advice. Schedules, course data, and features are for planning and convenience only. For official academic matters, deadlines, or emergencies, contact your institution or local services. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information shown in the app.

To the extent permitted by law, OnlyCampus and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the “Effective date” or “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we may notify you via email or in-app message where required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States (or, if applicable, the laws of Türkiye), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas, United States, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country (e.g. Türkiye) require otherwise.

If you are in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected.
